Maximall Pompeii

The project

Maximall Pompeii, the new tourist, commercial, hospitality and catering hub, will rise in Torre Annunziata – a few steps from the excavations of Pompeii.

Oriented to quality design and urban redevelopment of the coast, the centre will develop over 200,000 square meters. The numbers of the project are of significant impact: the hub will host on two levels about 130 shops, a 4-star hotel with over 135 rooms, an auditorium of 1,100 seats on about 3,000 square meters that incorporates a cinema with eight halls, a theatre and a conference room, restaurants distributed on 3,000 square meters, an outdoor amphitheatre-square of 6,500 square meters overlooking a dancing fountain.

The entire mall will be built sustainably, thanks to a highly customised glass roof, and surrounded by a green park of 50,000 square meters. Gualini is one of the project’s protagonists, signed by the prestigious Design International studio, thanks to the supply, production, and installation of the innovative glass roof.
