The project

Ponte di Legno will have a new, valuable, dedicated place for wellness and relaxation: the new Terme SPV will rise in Piazzale Europa, in the town’s beating heart. Three main elements design the structure; Water, Light and Wellness will cheer the stay of future guests. The project, designed by architect Marco Casamonti – Archea Associati, is inspired by the area’s natural landscape and, particularly, the glaciers’ crevasses.

A light and modern structure will fit harmoniously within the surrounding landscape, albeit differing in style and materials used by existing buildings.

The building will develop on eight floors – two underground and six above ground – for a total area of about 5,700 square meters.

Gualini deals with the production, supply and installation of glass curtain walls and window works, including the elegant glass doors that will help make the spa’s interior even more impressive.
