Sei Milano

The project

“Sei Milano”, the innovative “inhabited park” at the city’s service, has risen in Milan near Piazza Duomo.

It is a modern urban and landscape redevelopment project that transforms the environment generating a new landscape thanks to the construction of a garden-city completely inserted in a 160.000 sqm park.

The three architectural types (one for each Milanese character), overlooking a relaxing pedestrian promenade across the neighborhood, are a unique feature.

The natural environment is the project’s absolute protagonist, “Healthy Daily Life” is the keyword: Sei Milano’s residents and guests can enjoy bike paths, walks, and other open-air activities. SMART houses, equipped with home automation, are built based on sustainability and safety.

The project runs for LEED Platinum Certification.

Gualini, among the project’s protagonists since July 2021, supplied and installed unitized aluminum and mesh curtain walls, stick curtain walls, unique “bump” sails, and glazed railings for “Compartment T” buildings, dedicated to commercial.
