The project

In the former Michelin industrial area, the north-east area of Turin has taken new life: in 2022 rose “To Dream“, the new Turin Urban District. The complex will develop on a GLA of 85,000 square meters. It hosts a commercial area, services, entertainment and an innovative Open Mall of 45,000 square meters – where the best national and international operators of fashion, lifestyle and food & beverage have settled. The complex also includes a hotel, a gym and recreational activities dedicated areas surrounded by large green spaces.

Gualini is proud to be among the protagonists of this innovative project, which is set to become a reference point for Piedmont’s commercial offers, services, restaurants, and entertainment. Our company has taken care of the production and installation of curtain walls, including some arched windows, for a lot intended for outlet space and the hotel.
