The project

In Milan has born a new connective axis of great prospective impact between the historical course of Como and the Garibaldi station, which integrates residences and commercial space. The buildings that make up the facade of the new path are three, the general scheme of the composition is common: three underground levels extending throughout the intervention lot, a continuous commercial “podium” on the ground floor with wide breath and fully glazed on the ground floor, on which set the residential levels, in a variable number from three to five floors.

The Residential intervention thanks to a careful selection of materials creates a perfect proportion between full and empty.
