LCP Trecate XXL

The project

Located in Trecate (NO), LCP Trecate XXL concerns the construction of a new logistics hub for the International Luxury Fashion Brand “Kering”.

The project involves the execution of two new buildings, called “Building A” and “Building B”, consisting of sheds suitable for warehouse activities and accompanied by the presence of three office buildings located on the main front of both, respectively one for the building A and two for building B.

Gualini has been awarded the construction of the three building envelopes, consisting of stick curtain walls with an “all glass” externally design, thanks to the presence of a semi-structural fixing system and silicone sealing. There are top-hung openings with structural glazing directly executed in the factory.

The facade is enriched and personalized by the use of extruded aluminium sunshades, installed in front of the glass surfaces, as well as some highly symbolic aluminium frames called “telescopes”, which give form dynamism and a characterizing design to the envelopes.
