The project

The project consists of the recovery of the building called “ex-Upim” overlooking Piazza della Libertà, the Morpurgo Gardens and Piazza Duomo. The new building, named Palazzo EDEN, represents the new heart of Udine’s old town and offers a unique view of the city.
Developed on seven floors, the building is characterized by a terraced architecture with sculpted lines and a contemporary character. The apartment complex consists of 31 residential units overlooking both on the road and on the inner court.
The building envelope is characterized by floor-to-ceiling glazed frames made with large sliding doors and windows that allow to create bright rooms and fascinating as well as engaging spaces
