The project

The ChorusLife project is the innovative smart district model for the recovery and redevelopment of brownfield sites, from which to give new impetus to urban development and societal progress. Born from the "City of the Future" vision of Cav. Domenico Bosatelli - where the concepts of people's wellbeing, smart technology and sustainable architecture are perfectly integrated with each other -, ChorusLife places at the center of the model its replicability, everywhere and without limits: a modular design system, capable of offering solutions and services to be dedicated to the individual and the city, which integrate harmoniously with the surrounding area. This will be a reality made by GSM - Space to places: a revolutionary digital platform that coordinates smart city and smart building needs at multiple levels.

The project in Bergamo redevelops a brownfield site covering 150,000 square meters. The beating heart of ChorusLife Bergamo will be the 6,500-seat indoor Arena, where concerts, conferences and live performances of all kinds will be held. The Arena will be covered with a characterized "dynamic facade," composed of thousands of aluminum tiles that, moving with the wind and reflecting lights and images during the night, will create an iridescent and spectacular effect.

The smart district will also feature 74 residences, a 4*S Hotel, shopping, squares, green areas and an Urban SPA. The wellness area of ChorusLife Bergamo, in particular, will feature stacked volumes and curved glass curtain walls that give the building an extremely innovative look.
