After almost two years, work has been completed on MDA Blood Bank, the new blood bank in Ramla - Tel Aviv, Israel: the first in the world with three underground floors to prevent seismic risks and chemical or ballistic attacks.

Gualini, which has taken care of the construction and installation of curtain walls with the support of Winditaly Ltd, a strategic partner on Israeli territory, is proud to have contributed to this important project. The Israeli state will increase its capacity for storing blood reserves and will be able to benefit from adequate shelter in the event of attacks on the country.

During last October, Gualini hosted in its headquarters Saint-Gobain Italia, a leading company in the production of building materials. On this occasion, visitors were able to get to know the production plant in all its aspects and confront the technical office. An important moment of meeting and exchange through which the two companies have further consolidated their remarkable partnership.

Gualini completed the work for Bassi Business Park, the urban regeneration project in the area between Porta Nuova and Scalo Farini. We finished the yard at the end of January; the result is a new directional pole, beautiful externally and comfortable internally.

Bassi Business Park: the Milanese yard is completed

It is called "COVIDIARIES" and tells the tenacity of Italy during the harsh pandemic of COVID-19. It is the photographic exhibition available for the whole month of February at the Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan, a project born thanks to the important news work of the photojournalists of Parallelozero, organized by Fotografica.

Through a series of projections and about 60 photographs, the exhibition documents the tenacity of a country that - exhausted by the pandemic - has been able to react. Authentically and directly, the images tell the pandemic's transformations into our society and our lives.
