Gualini Agostino Zen - New CEO of Gualini

GUALINI's Board of Directors announces that it has appointed AGOSTINO ZEN as the company's NEW CEO.

Zen comes from COSTIM as head of strategic planning and then that of group chief operating officer.

He has been with COSTIM since its founding and has gained significant experience in leading strategic projects, M&A and extraordinary finance transactions, contributing to the growth of the holding company.

Zen began his career in the world of strategy consulting, mainly at ROLAND BERGER before joining the COSTIM Group. A graduate of the University of Bologna, in industrial and management engineering, he then continued his academic journey at the Politecnico di Milano where he earned a master's degree in management engineering. He is currently completing an Executive Mba at Escp Business School.
