Inspired by our company history and eager to compete in a challenging future, we have drafted our principles in a Charter of Values and Code of Conduct.

Entry into the COSTIM Group - which controls 60% of Gualini - contributed to the need to refine the business management processes by simultaneously combining operational autonomy and coordination with the other entities in the Group.

Today we rely on a Board of Directors which consists of an executive Chairman, a CEO and other members as an expression of all the shareholders.
